If you have never been seen by Absolute Health before you will need to fill out the new patient registration online by CLICKING HERE. A member of our staff will create a patient account for you. At that time, you will be web-enabled and will receive an email that will notify you to set up your portal.
You will need to use a desktop or laptop computer to complete Pre-Registration; it cannot be completed on a mobile phone. You can also pre-register from HERE. Just click on pre-register as shown below to get started. Do not click on Enroll Now until after you have been pre-registered and received your confirmation email. If you have not signed into the Patient Portal before you will need to set up your account. If you are an existing patient, we will need to make your chart "web-enabled" for you to begin. You will receive an email titled "Portal login information from your doctor's office" to let you know you can begin setting up your portal. After you have been web-enabled you will receive an email with the subject "Portal login information from your doctor's office."
A link to the portal page, your username, and the practice code will be in this email. Click on the link to begin setting up your patient portal. Or you can click Here to go the the enroll page. On the portal page, click the orange button that says "Enroll Now" in order to set your password and security question. You will not be able to log in until you have set up your account. Yes! You can use the patient portal on a computer, phone, or tablet. You will need to download the “Healow” app on any mobile device. The app is free and available in the App Store (iPhone, iPad) or Google Play Store (Android). CLICK HERE on your mobile device for quick links to both stores. Search for “Healow” and download the app to your device. After installing the app, open Healow and click “Get Started”. On the next page, enter our practice code: HCECAA. Your username and password are the same no matter what device you are using to log in. You will be asked to create a four-digit PIN number for logging in on mobile devices for faster logging in. On a computer when you log in you are taken to you dashboard page. The appointments square on your dashboard will show your next upcoming appointment. You can all your upcoming appointments by clicking "View All" in the upper right corner of the square. Alternatively, click "Appointments" in the left menu and then click "Upcoming Appointments." On a phone or tablet open the Healow app and click on "Appointments" in the menu wheel. It will open your appointments page where you will be able to see all your upcoming appointments. On the computer to compose a new message, click "Messages" in the left menu and then "Inbox”, then click the "Compose" button in the portal messages inbox. On a phone or tablet click the blue circle with the plus sign in the bottom right corner to open the messages menu. Click the green "Compose" button and then select "General Messages." From there, use the (+) to select who you want to send the message, what facility, and add your message - just like an email. You can also view your sent messages by clicking on the pink circle. YES! On the computer navigate to the "Current Medications" page by clicking "Medical Records" in the left menu and then clicking "Current Medications." From there, check the boxes next to the medication that you would like to refill and click the "Refill Request" button. Select your preferred pharmacy by clicking the drop-down. Then click the orange "Submit" button at the bottom right. On a phone or tablet click on "Medications" in the menu wheel. Click the orange "Keep in My Meds" button if it appears under the medication to be refilled. Then click the plus sign in the top right corner of the Medications page and then click the orange "Request Refill" button near the bottom of the screen. Check the boxes next to the medications that you would like to refill and click "Next" in upper right corner. Select your preferred pharmacy by clicking the plus sign next to Pharmacy. Then click "Send" in the upper right corner. An email will be sent prior to the appointment time as a reminder. Within this email there will be a link available to select to begin the TeleVisit. The email must be opened on a computer or laptop. If using a smart phone, log into the Healow App to begin. On a Computer open the appointment reminder email and click on the orange “Join the TeleVisit Appointment Directly”. The next screen may ask you to enter information about any symptoms you may be feeling and enter any vitals you may have obtained. If you don’t have vitals – don’t worry. Just leave the fields blank and click the orange “submit” at the bottom of the page. The website will check to make sure your computer has a working microphone and camera. Green checkmarks will appear when the check is complete. Then click the orange “proceed” at the bottom of the page. When you are ready, click the orange “Start TeleVisit”. You will be marked as checked in and ready. Your provider will be notified, and he/she will begin the TeleVisit. On a phone or tablet open the Healow app and select Appointments. Select today’s appointment, then Start TeleVisit at the bottom of the appointment details page. From here, you may be asked to fill out information about any symptoms you are feeling. You can enter any vitals you may have obtained. If you don’t have vitals – don’t worry. Just leave the fields blank and click “submit” at the bottom of the page. When you are ready, click “Start TeleVisit”. You will be marked as checked in and ready. Your provider will be notified and he/she will begin the TeleVisit. Note: At some point during this process the Healow app may ask for permission to access your smartphone’s camera and microphone. You must touch the button that allows Healow to access these features in order for the televisit to work. |
