After you have been web-enabled you will receive an email with the subject "Portal login information from your doctor's office."
A link to the portal page, your username, and the practice code will be in this email. Click on the link to begin setting up your patient portal. Or you can click Here to go the the enroll page. On the portal page, click the orange button that says "Enroll Now" in order to set your password and security question. You will not be able to log in until you have set up your account.
